Meditation with the Elements

What will you get?

Together, we'll discover which natural element you're most drawn to and where you can best recharge your batteries. We'll then meet here in the beautiful Harz Mountains in Germany, either in the forest or by the water, where we'll do a 30-minute nature elements meditation together. Afterwards, we'll go on a 'mindful' walk together for about 60 minutes, during which we won't speak but will instead focus on nature using all our other senses. Finally, we'll spend about 30 minutes discussing your experiences and how you're feeling.
